Where are the products made?

Each product is carefully formulated, manufactured, filled and assembled in Australia. Products are then shipped directly from our warehouse in Sydney Australia.

Are the products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. As a brand, we remain focused on providing natural, organic and cruelty free products. We work closely with our manufacturers and suppliers to hand pick the finest quality ingredients whilst ensuring our products remain 100% cruelty free. We are also 100% PETA approved.

Is it safe to use SkinBaseco products during pregnancy?

Congratulations on your pregnancy! We're thrilled for you. Our SkinBaseco Skin products are generally safe to use during pregnancy, as they do not contain any harmful chemicals. However, if you have any specific concerns or medical conditions, we recommend consulting with your GP or a healthcare professional before using our products. Do you allow in-person pickup?

Unfortunately, we do not offer click and collect or in-person pickups at this time. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them during business days, so you can expect your order to be on its way to you promptly!

What is your return policy?

Where do I enter my discount code?

When will I receive my order?

At SkinBaseco we strive to fulfill orders and dispatch within a 24-48 hour window.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once your payment has been processed, we begin processing your order as soon as possible to ensure prompt delivery. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed. However, if you need to make a change, please contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist you. Please note that some restrictions may apply.

What should I do if I received a damaged product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we apologise for the inconvenience and want to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It's important to note that you should immediately lodge a claim directly with the courier.
Please contact our Customer Experience Team if you require further assistance and be sure to provide your order number, a photo of the damaged product, and a photo of the shipping label. Please be aware that any order issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will make every effort to respond to your enquiry promptly and assist you in resolving the issue.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products and add the desired items to your cart. When you're ready to checkout, follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept several payment options, including major credit cards, PayPal, and buy now pay later options such as Afterpay. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. With Afterpay, you can split your purchase into four interest-free payments, with the first payment due at checkout and the remaining three payments due every two weeks. Please note that some restrictions may apply.

How can I track my order?
