Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

Flat rate of $15 for all orders with a delivery destination within Australia and shipped via the Australia Post Express Delivery Network. Please allow additional time for remote or regional addresses outside of the Australia Post Delivery Network.


Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days)

Flat rate of $7.95 on all orders to delivery destinations within Australia.

Order Processing, Dispatch & Tracking

We currently handle order processing on weekdays (excluding public holidays) and strive to dispatch them within 24 hours (orders placed before 12pm Australian Eastern Time are processed the same day). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking details. If you do not find the confirmation email in your inbox, we recommend checking your junk mail folder. If you still haven't received it, please reach out to our Customer Service team at contact@skinbaseco.com for further assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we are dedicated to ensuring the quality of our products, we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. If you suspect that your package has been lost during transit, please reach out to us at contact@skinbaseco.com, and we will make every effort to assist you in locating it.

In the event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we advise you to file a claim directly with the carrier responsible for the delivery. They will be able to guide you through the claim process and assist you further.

Shipping Delays

We are committed to making every effort to deliver your order within the designated timeframe. However, there may be situations beyond our control that could cause delays. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking your tracking information and contacting the courier directly for further assistance.

Incorrect Addresses

We strive to provide you with a wonderful shopping experience when you make a purchase from SkinBaseco. As part of that commitment, we are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over a specific amount (terms and conditions apply). It is important to ensure that you enter your address accurately during checkout to avoid any issues.

In the event that you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please note that any fees associated with redirecting or resending your order will be your responsibility. We kindly ask you to double-check and verify your address details to ensure smooth delivery.

Change of Address

We know shipping can be stressful, and we really appreciate your patience during this time. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us directly via customerservice@skinbaseco.com prior to receiving your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we cannot change addresses once your package has been shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from outside of Australia, you will be responsible for any customs duties that are applicable to your order. These duties are enforced by the authorities in your country of residence and are not the responsibility of SKINBASECO Pty Ltd. We do not have control over the specific charges or whether they will be applied at all. To obtain accurate information about importation duty rates, tax thresholds, and procedures, we recommend contacting your local customs authority.


Your order confirmation (checkout) will indicate the inclusion of these taxes, if applicable.

Before releasing your order, DHL Express International will contact you to provide details about any relevant duties and taxes that may apply, as well as information regarding payment processing.

In the event that you place an order but fail to claim or refuse it, DHL will make every effort to arrange redelivery. However, if redelivery attempts are unsuccessful, the destination country's authorities may choose to abandon or destroy the package. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for orders that are unclaimed or refused.
