At SkinBaseco, we take great care in curating our collection of skincare products, but we understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. Therefore, we have implemented the following return policy:

  • Money Back Guarantee : we want you to shop with confidence and enjoy our skincare products risk-free. That's why we offer a 30-day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll refund your order, minus a 15% administration fee.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.

  • We make every effort to ensure that the product images on our website and official social media platforms accurately reflect the colors of our skincare products. However, please note that colors may vary depending on the resolution of the device you use to view our website and social media platforms.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact the courier directly. Our Terms & Conditions, including your rights in relation to consumer guarantees, apply to all products purchased from our website.

  • If you have received Products that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving them, and provide us with details, including photos. We will assess whether you are eligible for a replacement of the Products, and provide you with further instructions accordingly.

  • Gift cards/vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except in cases where they are faulty.

  • For refund returns, the cost of shipping is paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Shipping costs a flat rate of $6.95 or between $10 to $29.99 for International customers (outside of Australia) depending on location.
  • Refunds for items purchased on sale or using a discount code will be issued based on the discounted price paid at the time of purchase.
  • All items must be returned within 30 days after the purchase date and must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging without any damage.
